“操”续

5月18日，备受关注的“操”字状当事人陈书伟发出13000多字的声明，称将向最高人民法院递交申诉书，同时表示此案过后将正式退出历时5年的公益维权。退出缘由，不只是这次被法院拘留，还因太累了，太不划算了。

他说不是因为“操”，是因为“操”累了。
